To Thi: "THANK YOU VERY MUCH ^^" I now am slowly trying to yeah relax and not think soooo much...but cannot help but once in awhile to think about it... Early morning went to school for training @ 9.45am...suppose to run..but team insisted to go gym...then ok lor...what can i say...lol...did pull-ups...then went gym...finished gym @ 10.4am... We went to Cheers to get drinks...ETHAN thank you for the 2 buns...haha i forgot to bring my wallet along to gym...but thank god ETHAN bought me 2 buns to keep me alive...i was STARVING!!! went back to the POOL....soooooo damn suprise that there isn't any seniors...LOL...WE RULE THE POOL!!!! woooohooooooo!!!.... warmed-up and started doin shooting...i think my mood was still more or less affected...i could not shoot well today...no matter how hard i tried...saddening... Then played ball poession...dammn tiring...can die...haha...Haiqal like keep mooving and tricking me...untill i damn sian... Then did moving shhoting drill...again i UNDERPERFORM... Soon we played 3vs3... 1st team: Me Fernando Ethan 2nd team: Chester Sean Teo Damian 3rd team(seniors): Haiqal Cheryl Sheeny haha well i guess i didnt played as well as i hope to play...but well we did well as a team i guess...LOL...teamwork and communication... ^^ after that I went home early...had no mood to do anymore of it... My prayer request to the Lord: Fernando has hurt his back again...i will be praying for him daily...God please heal him...he believes and i pray that u will show him a Miricle...PLEASE GOD... Ethan is still not feeling well...please heal him till he is in perfect health... Chester is still having cough...please heal him asap Lord...bless him with a easy time breathing and swollowing...his throat maybe affecting him... Glenn's ah ma is still in hospital...LORD remove the Blood clot....protect her and do not allow anything bad ot happen to her Lord... God, CJ is having fever..bring down the temperature right now in the name of JESUS... God i submit the My Hope Singapore(Christmas project) to you..i klnow u have appointed me to hold responsibility, and i pray for your wisdom to teach me how to guide my team :) God my finaly request for the day...Bless Chermaine in India...protect her...don not allow her to fall sick and i know Lord that she will be having a good time.. but i pray that u will remind her to read your word and continue to talk to you every night...bless her wil a safe journey when she returns...and bless the whole team...she will MAKE A DIFFERENCE for YOU there...
